Shipping & returns

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery country and chosen shipping method, and are shown clearly before you complete the order. We deliver to Sweden and the other EU countries that can be selected at checkout. In case of delays we inform you where relevant. If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods. Contact us at info@romanihouse.com before the deadline and state your order number. The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition within 14 days after you notified us.
